By accessing and using the website at ecoworksnrv.com and/or engaging EcoWorks Construction and Debris Solutions LLC ("EcoWorks NRV," "we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

EcoWorks NRV offers a range of construction, home improvement, and debris removal services in the New River Valley, Virginia area, including but not limited to:

• Junk/Trash Removal
• Drywall Repair and Finish
• Ductwork
• Concrete
• Pressure Washing
• Flooring
• Carpentry
• Tree Cutting
• Landscaping
• Painting (Inside/Outside)

The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing or via a detailed quote before work begins.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through our website, including the pressure washing calculator, are approximations and are subject to change based on the actual scope of work, site conditions, and materials required. A final price will be confirmed before work commences.

4. Service Agreements

Upon acceptance of a quote, a service agreement is formed between EcoWorks NRV and the customer. This agreement outlines the scope of work, pricing, estimated timeline, and any special conditions. Both parties are expected to honor the terms of the agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects. The amount will be specified in the quote.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major digital payment methods. Specific payment options will be discussed at the time of service.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Customer cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
• Deposits: Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or if work has commenced. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Weather and unforeseen delays: EcoWorks NRV reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances without penalty to either party.

7. Limitation of Liability

EcoWorks NRV will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However:

• We are not liable for damages arising from pre-existing structural conditions, hidden defects, or hazards not disclosed by the customer prior to work.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The information and tools on our website (including the pressure washing calculator) are provided "as is" for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about the project and site conditions.
• Ensure reasonable access to the work area.
• Disclose any known hazards, underground utilities, or property restrictions.
• Secure necessary permits if applicable (EcoWorks NRV can advise but the customer is ultimately responsible unless otherwise agreed).

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and shall be conducted in the appropriate courts serving the New River Valley area.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of EcoWorks Construction and Debris Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Changes to These Terms
